Above is the Home Screen or Main Dashboard for a standard IntelliOffice CAFM Portal, below are the common terms that will explain the various components and functions available from the Dashboard:

Nav Bar: This vertical Menu Bar provides access to numerous system functions
System Title Bar: This horizontal Menu Bar provides access to User and Admin functions (see below)
Data Tags: These large Buttons provide immediate access to critical system status and totals
Application Module Section: this is a framed grouping of related Tasks
Menu Button: these Buttons provide instant access to a Lists and Reports

Home Button

Press the Home Icon on the Nav Bar or click on the System Title to return to the main Dashboard from anywhere in the system

Settings Icon (for an Admin User)

Advanced functions to modify system settings,

Console is used to view error details

Author this Page is a tool to modify content

Author a Walkthrough is an advanced tool for Help system development

User Icon (for an Admin User)

Account Settings allow a User to change their Password

Mobile Dashboard displays the Mobile Device User Interface

Log Out is to exit the system

Search Button

Find any Report or Form with this powerful Search function.

The system is made up of hundreds or Forms and Reports. The most common are placed on a Dashboard, however there are some that may be used occasionally, this is an easy way to explore the overall system. Be aware that many will be empty and not applicable to your organization
