The Dashboard is the Main Home Page for each system, each system will probably have a unique Dashboard immediately or eventually.
As the organization identifies the system content required by individuals or groups of Users the Dashboard will be modified to reflect the priority features and functions, from Forms to Reports as well as KPIs, Admin Controls, Background Data and Workflow processes.
Here we see a standard Space Management Dashboard offering large and small Buttons that provide access to the system content.
The Dashboard Sections expand and collapse plus readjust for different screen sizes from a Desktop PC to Smartphone.
Keeping things simple is often the best place to start, this minimal Dashboard features only four Data Tags and three Image Buttons, these provide access to most aspects of a Real Estate Portfolio. Some Users will not have Editing capability are are deemed View Only.
This is an example of a customized Dashboard to allow access to select data, forms and surveys related to Ergonomic Studies.
The Sections are shaped differently but all Buttons still function in the same way.
Most Users are not System Administrators, however Admins do get there own Dashboard
