This is an Advanced Topic for Admin use only, however it is key to point out that the Navigation of the system is all managed by the same set of tools that is found throughout the system. Below are some example screens of what is involved in modifying the NavBar, Dashboards plus Dash Sections and Items.
Use the NavBar Edit Dashboard Icon to access the tools
Each Navigation Item is on a Data List that controls the Display Order and Icon selection
Each Row on the Data List when clicked will show the Form that controls the content. An Admin can add or edit the items that are accessed by a certain Security Group. You will notice on the Nav Items section the following:
- Display Order - 10 at the Top, 100 at the Bottom
- Caption - Text that is Displayed
- Url - This is the destination page address for the Menu Item, in most cases it will be a Smartform
