Getting immediate access to the key numbers in your system is super easy with Data Tags. Often called KPIs or Key Performance Indicators, these large buttons located at the top of most Dashboards change to reflect status or nearing a critical stage. One click and you can view the list of records that need attention.
When you press the Overutilized Data Tag the list below appears, it is filtered to only display the spaces that have more occupants than is expected, these are overcrowded spaces that should be resolved in the next reorganization.
You can see that the record count of 153 is the number that shows on the Data Tag. A Red exclamation mark is also displayed to indicate that this situation needs to be addressed.
These are the Administrator Data Tags which display totally different items relating to the health and use of the system
Data Tags can provide easy access to almost anything that is important to a Role or User, above are statistics for a real estate portfolio.
Creation or modification of Data Tags is an Admin function, contact your administrator for more details.
