Column Controls

List View Column Controls:

1. Click the Stacked Bar Icon on the right side of each Column to launch the List View Functions
2. Click an Option Button to see more controls in this case Sort the List in Ascending or Descending order
3. Hide this Column or Insert another Column from a Value List to add new Data to the List

This is the Tool-Set used to "Slice & Dice" the data into printouts or most often Exporting select information to an Excel spreadsheet

Insert Columns:

The value list of available Columns to insert into the List View can be extensive, the dark blue items are already turn on, the light blue items are available, just click to insert. The Fly-out Icon indicates that there are additional Fields to draw from. Once the Columns are Inserted you can Drag & Drop" each column to rearrange their order.
